SAF 2014 Explore the 1920’s

Commonly referred to as the Roaring Twenties or the Jazz age. The world was just coming out of World War 1 and a huge economic boom was happening.

Challenge was to use the die with clear cardstock and create a rhinestone design.

The Regency Era is such a romantic era to gather inspiration from.. In the early 1820’s you would have found lovely, ornate, gold fixtures and décor in the homes. This challenge is to create with the inspiration of the regency era.

SAF 2014 Explore the Renaissance

One of the wonderful things about the Renaissance Era was the stunning textiles, including stamped velvet. Elegant designs were impressed into this luxurious fabric and not only used in clothing, but also drapery, book covers and more.

The challenge was to add an elegant RenDDaissance look to a project of your own using velvet stamping!

SAF 2014 Explore Ancient Rome

Second challenge was using embossing paste to transform basic cardstock into a plaster canvas. (Faux Fescoes)

Use an outline stamps and your favorite coloring medium to replicate the appearance of painted plaster.

Stamp a Faire Morning Time Challenge

We where challenged to design a card with a color script and Sketch recipe to design a card within 20 minutes. I made mine with almost 8 minutes to spare. I actually liked this card it is CAS card. I noticed that you can’t see the two colors in between they are there
